My name is Mi Tran, a board-certified nurse practitioner and owner of A Healing Haven AFH. With over a decade of nursing experience, I bring a deep understanding of healthcare and a heart-centered approach to my home. My extensive background spans various healthcare fields, including Adult Family Home care, medical-surgical unit, emergency room, critical care transport ambulance, fire department, family practice, urgent care, and long-term care with a strong focus on geriatrics. This diverse experience enriches my ability to meet the complex and evolving needs of my residents. I am committed to creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where every resident feels valued and supported.
As a nurse practitioner and business owner, I ensure that our care services meet the highest standards and are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. Running this home is more than a business to me—it's a faith calling to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
