We believe in nourishing both the body and the spirit. Our engaging daily activities are designed to promote joy, connection, and purpose, while our thoughtfully prepared meals provide balanced nutrition and comfort. Every day offers opportunities to stay active, eat well, and enjoy life surrounded by care and companionship.

Weekly Activities

  • Monday:
    Morning group exercise – gentle stretching or chair yoga
    Afternoon: painting, drawing, or crafts session
    Evening: board games and puzzle time
  • Tuesday:
    Nature walk or gardening activity
    Reminiscing group – sharing stories and family photos
    Movie night with popcorn
  • Wednesday:
    Baking or cooking together (simple recipes)
    Sing-along or music appreciation
    Relaxation session: aroma therapy or meditation
  • Thursday:
    Book club or short story reading
    Balloon toss or indoor bowling
    Tea social and conversation
  • Friday:
    Arts & crafts: seasonal or holiday themed projects
    Group trivia or bingo

    Visiting pets or virtual animal therapy
